My official name is Shri Lal Raghudev Ram Singh (IAST: Śrī Lāla Raghudeva Rāma Siṁha, Devanāgarī: श्री लाल रघुदेव राम सिंह), which is derived from the names of my ancestors. For simplicity, I go by Raghudev or Raghu. I write poetry and other works under the names Pratijña (the name by which my family calls me), Mañjuśrī, Asaṅga, and Avalokiteśvara. I also have a Tibetan name: Pema Kirti Lobsang ( པད་མ ཀི་རྟི བློ་བཟང).
